A teamwork puzzle! Great step up from 100-piece puzzles! September 28, 2008
I have two sons, ages 5 and 4. They love jigsaw puzzles and we have more than a dozen puzzles -- a mix of Melissa & Doug floor puzzles (great on hardwood floors) and 100-piece superhero puzzles from Roseart.
This 300-piece puzzle is for children ages 7 and older, however my sons tackled it together and did a great job. What makes this puzzle great for little boys is there are 26 different heroes and villians. The trick to the puzzle is to tackle as many faces as possible early, since each character's costume is colorful and unique.
This took my boys just under two hours to complete. It was a perfect quiet time activity on the weekend. I highly recommend this puzzle. (Check out my other Amazon reviews of Melissa & Doug and RoseArt puzzles if you want to add to your family-friendly collection.)
