Worth the price! December 30, 2008
I have to say, I was just as excited to play with this truck as my 2 1/2 year old son! It is so realistic, yet easy for little kids to figure out and use. You can adjust the length of the arm of the crane, the angle at which it sits, and even move the cab of the truck up and down to "work" on the engine. The hook at the end of the line of the crane is metal, which is nice because everything magnetic sticks to it. My son loves to pick up his toy trains and move them around to different spots on his train table. Of course you can also hook things to it to move them. An added bonus: very easy to get out of the packaging! A wonderful toy and worth paying a little extra for. This seems like it will last forever!

I bought this truck for my 5 year old son and he LOVES it. It sparked his imagination - constructing a pallet out of Popsicle sticks and attaching it to a string so he can load it up and move it with the crane. It's also very sturdy such that he can pull on the string without breaking the toy.
I also love it since it does not make those loud annoying sounds.

Not at all like that stuff that comes from China. This is a well build machine that my two year old boy actually sleeps with. He LOVES this crane and play very rough with it and everything is just fine. No breaks after 8 months of tough two year old love. Too bad other toys are not this dependable or realistic.

This is yet another great Bruder truck. Very durable and realistic. My 4 year old son has a lot of fun with this truck, creating all kinds of imaginary scenarios when using it.
The one issue I did have was that this truck was delivered from an external toy store, associated with Amazon, and the delivery took much longer than advertised on Amazon's site, and I was not given any tracking information. Luckily it did come before Christmas, because this was the toy he asked Santa for. :)

We gave this truck to our grandson for Christmas and he has not stopped playing with it. He even brings it over to our house when we baby-sit for him. It is very well made and is very sturdy and easy to maneuver. We also do not need to worry about any lead in the product. We are planning to buy other toys made by this company in the future.
