 Truck is a disappointment December 29, 2008
For the nearly 30 dollar price, the toy is tiny. Inside parts are cheap plastic and not cast iron as I expected. It was hard to get apart for playing with the inside part. Lighning McQueen car is not included. Please read carefully, wish I had done that rather than look at the photo.
I am sure this truck will be broken soon as it is not made with very durable materials, especially the tiny inside parts.
I am very dissatisfied with what I got for the purchase price. However, my nephew who is 7 seemed to enjoy playing with it on Christmas morning. It probably won't last undamaged until the end of January tops.
If you are considering this product please be aware that it is a very small truck, and made of cheap plastic the photo of the product is deceiving.

I bought this for my son shortly after his 2nd birthday.
The downside: I quickly realized that the small pieces were going to be a problem as I was starting to find them all over the house. I removed them and stashed them away. He could most likely manage them now but has a younger sister who would find them.
Also the trailer can be a bit tricky for a smaller child to open but as their motor skills improve they work past it.
The upside: With or without the small pieces this toy gets daily use for over a year now. Well worth the money. He loves incorporating the die cast cars with it now.
If something ever happened to this Mack truck we would definately repurchase it.

Easy to play with and great for small matchbox cars. Can only store a few cars inside.

Small for the price but enjoyed by my grandson and that is the true test.
I will check in stores first next time to review the true size of toys.

This is a great toy for little people who love the movie Cars. It is durable and fun for them to play with open or shut.
