flying fun January 7, 2009 Bought a variety of 6 Sligshot animals as stocking stuffers and the whole family had a great time shooting these buggers around the house. They all cluck, scream, moo, oink, etc when you shoot them and it is a lot of fun to see these babys far 20-50ft. The chicken was particularly a blast, so much so that it got the most abuse and my son ended up holding it's legs while the respt of it ripped across the room to pelt his brother -- a needle and thread later and the chicken had new legs and we were back in business.
not worth it January 6, 2009 i bought this as a stocking stuffer for my son and it broke almost as soon as it came out of the stocking. to sling it you have to pull back the head (which came off) and it did not go anyhwere. more than a $7.00 shipping fee is what i paid and it was not at all worth it. it wasnt worth the 3.00 cost!
Great low tech toy! January 6, 2009 The silly flying chicken worked perfectly and was very much enjoyed! It's very simple to aim too and the obnoxious shrieking cluck that it makes adds to the fun.
It went 15 feet on first try, and the feet ripped off on the second one. December 22, 2008 It went 15 feet on first try, and the feet ripped off on the second one.
What fun! December 17, 2008 Our group of adults had a great time sling-shot-ing animals across the room at our meeting. His rubber band did stay stretched out, but hey, he's a slingshot. His cocka-doodle-doo had everyone laughing. So far, the pig has held up the best for us.
