fire truck November 11, 2008 We bought it for a 3rd birthday. The fire truck works fast on floors, average on rugs and does not work on the grass outside. It was easy for my grandson to use
GREAT first remote control Toy! March 6, 2008 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I bought this toy at Christmas 2007 for my 18 month old boy. He still has some learning to do to drive it but he loves pushing the buttons and making it go. His 3 year old sister likes to drive it also. There are only two buttons on the remote. One is forward and the other is reverse but also turning at the same time (for when it is ran into the wall). Overall, it's a great fire truck that is not complicated and great for younger tots. One note though, if you leave the truck on, every few minutes it will roll a few inches. It's picking up stray radio signals or something. (it might not do that do that at your house, depending on your location) But, it's no big deal to turn it off. It saves the battery anyway. Also, my nephew who is 2.5 loves this toy, he hated to leave our house because he wanted to play some more. He picks it up by the ladder on top to move it around and it is very durable.
