 Get this Kit, It's Awesome! December 31, 2008
I used this kit on my daughter and cousin and I love it! The fact that they use Wolfe Bros. paints along with extremely well put together instructions really won me over! The results made me look like I have been doing body art/painting for years!!! Worth the money to purchase this product! Paints come out very vibrant and don't move until you wash it off with soap and water. You won't be disappointed.
Great Product, Great Price December 24, 2008
I bought our first one from a retail store for
[...], a year and a half ago--after a year of extensive use (at least a few times a week, also on several bday parties, Halloweens), the palette is not completely empty yet. My now 3-year old daughter loves it. Great hit with boys as well during parties. Pictures are easy to follow and expand on. All the parents at parties inquire about the book. Since then we've bought at least 10 more of these from Amazon for gifts (and plan to get many more). In addition, I've found the color quality to be superior to those used at fairs and other events. These colors are easier to remove and doesn't need as much scrubbing as the others we've had at events. I'm sure we'll use the same brand of colors well into her double digit years; I just need to find refills at a great price like this--I don't think Amazon carries refills.
Getting Started w/Face Painting December 16, 2008
Klutz puts out a great product for all beginners as well as Kidz. The how-to's are instructional and simple enough to get all ages started and interested in Painting Faces. If you have a little talent for drawing, and like to see your friends faces light up, this is a great ice breaker for friendly gatherings. It doesn't stop there. This is also a stepping stone to much more. Painting on Skin is different that anything else you may ever do. From years of drawing and painting, there are two things you must do. 1. Easy to use, paint & wash off. My daughter loved it. Gives you easy steps to be able to paint different designs, you can also be creative. I highly recommend this product.
Fun for all ages October 14, 2008
We first learned of this product as a birthday gift for my 3 yr old. We have had so much fun with it. We took it on a group week long camping with us over the summer, and the kids of all ages 2 1/2 - 17 had so much fun choosing a new design every day and it was the first thing they wanted to do when they woke up. The mom's had fun being creative and painting the designs. The step by step instructions in the book make it so easy to paint some very cute and intricate designs. We have since use the book at PTA fun raisers, Birthday parties, Baseball games, backyard BBQ's, it is always the hit of any party.
