Editorial Review Evidence that the Roboraptor revolution is spreading, this Mini Roboraptor comes fully assembled and ready to roam the earth with his full-size robotic dinosaur cousins. He has movable arms, a swiveling head, a sweeping tail, and a chomping jaw full of pointy teeth. Measuring 15 inches from nose to tail, the Mini Roboraptor is a conveniently compact size, slipping easily into a backpack. While this raptor hasn't yet developed his full hunting skills, he's still a lot of fun. Mini Roboraptor is steady on his feet, but works best on smooth, hard surfaces. Requires two AAA batteries (not included). --Heather Lyndon

A new companion is born December 28, 2006 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
My mini roboraptor is always big fun. I like it when he opens his jaw, walks in circles around my big roboraptor, and his articulated arms. But it would have been better if it had baby dinosaur sounds. But i still love it.
Uhhhh... October 4, 2006 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Well, a few days back, I got this "robot" along with mini robosapien. I opened Robosapien first, and excitedly popped in the batteries and turned it on, but all it did was march forward until it crashed into something. Lame. Next, I tried this guy, but he didn't do much more. In a nutshell, he walks in circles, and swivels his head and tail. He can move his arms and open his mouth, but that isn't quite how it sounds. You have to move his arms manually, and opening his mouth requires pushing a button on his chin. it may be fun for a few minutes, but compared to the true Roboraptor, he's just a toy. I'm not calling this a pitiful mess, but I recomend that if you do buy it, you use it as a companion for the big one.
Not What We Thought June 12, 2006 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
My 8 yr. old son spent birthday money on this toy, because he was told it "did" things by another child. All it does is walk in circles on hard surfaces--not worth the $15 he spent. He was extremely disappointed and felt he wasted his money.
A fusion of cute and personality pretty good for a small guy! June 2, 2006 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I bought this mini white raptor as a companion for my green Roboraptor named Ripple and have since bought him a mini green companion and two more full sized ones Whiplash (white) and LBO or little Black Olive (guess the color!). I think it's really cute the way he walks around especially if you put a small dino carcass in his mouth!! Yes, it's true the minis don't do much and he does have a tendancy to fall face down but, he'not that expensive! I find that he is still enjoyable and that's coming from a grown woman. I think that for a child they should be able to see one before they get it cause it could disappoint them if they think it's like the big one.
