Glad the store was out of the other carrying case March 4, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I went in to the toy store planning to buy the Leapster Carrying Case. Luckily, the store was all out and I found this backpack instead. My almost 4 year old carries it over his shoulder proudly! I love the fact that you can fit the L-Max, game cartridges, instruction manuals, and cords all together. The only thing I don't like is that the recharging system doesn't quite fit. Wish I could keep EVERYTHING all in once place, but other than that, the backpack works great.
Leapster Backpack February 27, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
We love this backpack. It fits the game and the cartridges great. There is also room for extra batteries. The game charger doesn't fit well with everything else in the backpack. The only other aspect that bothers my son is the carry strap doesn't adjust well to his shoulder. It always falls off, so he has to carry it vs wearing like a backpack, which is what he would prefer.
Small, Easy To Carry, and Holds A LOT! February 16, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Love this Leapster Backpack! Small enough for kids (fits my average-sized 4-year old perfectly) yet large enough to hold everything you need. We were able to fit ALL of the following into it: Leapster L-Max, TV Cords, Battery Pack, Recharging/Docking station, A/C Adapter, All the games we own including all the instruction manuals. Nice for storing everything in one place. Inside main compartment has two storage pockets and front of backpack also has small zippered compartment perfect for storing games and the small extra battery pack that comes with the L-Max.
Perfect for the Leapster January 8, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is just the right size for little ones wanting to carry the leapsters around. Holds the system and games with plenty of space for extras. Very durable. We have two leapsters and bought the slingpack for both. My boys are rough and tumble so I am always a bit worried buying without seeing first. This was a good choice. I would like to say though it's not a "protective" device, it's what it is a carry case. I bought it for that intention.
Leapster Backpack December 26, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is a must have for little ones with a Leapster. Lots of compartments for cartridges and cord and the Leapster. I know we would loose them if we didn't always keep it all together. and it easily hangs on the door knob of my son's room. Most normal backpacks top loop are not big enough to fet around a standard door knob. Also this is not bulky. It is really very compact to hold everything it can carry!!
